What is Retrofit?  Retrofit covers all the things we can do to improve the energy efficiency of our homes. This includes double glazing, insulation, lighting and draught proofing. This is the first stage of upgrading a property, a necessary base before the installation of a new heating system. New systems will be more 'green' but may operate at a lower temperature than conventional boilers.
