It is now possible to obtain an individual plan for your property which gives advice on how you can reduce your Carbon footprint, and probably your energy bills too.

The standard fee for this is £500 or £600 if the property is larger than 200 sq m. If the property is in Council Tax bands A, B, C or D there is a 50% discount, to £250.
